Radha, a South Indian actress, has filed a complaint alleging that her sister Ambika and brother Mallikarjun siphoned off 46 crore rupees using five cheques. In response, Ambika held a press conference accusing Radha of attempting to sell their ancestral property, ARS Gardens in Chennai, without her knowledge and of stealing gold. Ambika stated that Radha's husband is behind these alleged maneuvers and that they are trying to convert the property, which she also has a right to, into a hotel. She expressed distress over the renaming of ARS Gardens and mentioned that she attempted to resolve family matters internally before Radha escalated the issue with accusations. Ambika also revealed that Radha's complaint came while she was preparing to take legal action against Radha concerning the cheque fraud.
